Dear Friends and Customers,
Just a few brief announcements ahead of Labor Day and all those grilling events:
1. Labor Day Grilling: We have a special batch of 50 pounds of ground chuck that you may enjoy for your end-of-summer parties. Order now before supplies run out! Generally, we produce a basic "ground beef" product. The ground chuck would be somewhat leaner. You can find us at:
· The Kansas Grown Farmers Market in Wichita on Saturdays (Have special wishes? Call ahead at (316) 799-2670 so we'll be sure to bring it!)
· Doyle Valley Farmers Market in Peabody on Saturday mornings
· Hillsboro Farmers Market on Thursday evenings (http://www.ksfarmersmarkets.org/markets/hillsboro-farmers-market)
· Retailers: Prairie Harvest (Newton), Food for Thought and Whole Foods Association (Wichita)
· On-Farm: Give us a call for a pick-up
· Delivery: Ask us about delivery for bulk orders
2. Freshly Processed Beef: Our last slaughter was just a couple of weeks ago, so we also have the full variety of cuts available while supplies last.
3. Facebook: We are trying to develop a Facebook page for those of you who are Facebook fans. If you're into it, please help us along by "liking" us. And by the way, we don't know that much about Facebook, either, so feel free to let us know your suggestions.
