At Janzen Family Farms, we grow certified organic wheat and produce freshly stone-milled flour using a Meadows 8-inch stone mill. JFF whole wheat flour is the main ingredient in our Little Red Hen Bakery bread, which Norm Oeding, JFF farm manager, created and started marketing, Sept 1, 2005.
